Domestic Shipping:
Standard (3-5 Business Days) with Minimum of $150.00
Local Delivery (1-3 Days) with Minimum of $150.00
Same Day In-Store Pick-up or Curbside Pick-up (1-2 Days) with No minimum purchase
We deliver anywhere in MD, DC, VA, PA, AND DE.
2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. CANCELLATIONS
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Refunds will not be given.
5. DAMAGED ORDERS
Kratz Solutions is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
